Meditation and Exercise.

Why we should meditate/exercise every day

What is Pranic Healing? According to Health Write For Us, Mental Health Write For Us, and Health Guest Post, it is a mix of Rainbow Reiki, Shamballa Reiki, Morning Meditation, and Soul Healing make up for Pranic Healing.

In this world full of stress, workload and pressure, the mental health is very important and this can only be achieved through meditation, yoga, and some body workout. So to be always healthy, fit and stress free we should always do these, but do you know what these things brings to the table in form of benefits and advantages:-

Stress reduction is one of the most common reasons people try meditation. One study including over 3,500 adults showed that it lives up to its reputation for stress reduction. Research has shown that meditation may also improve symptoms of stress-related conditions, including irritable bowel syndrome, post-traumatic stress disorder.

Less stress translates to less anxiety. For example, an eight-week study of mindfulness meditation helped participants reduce their anxiety. It also reduced symptoms of anxiety disorders, such as phobias, social anxiety, paranoid thoughts, obsessive-compulsive behaviors and panic attacks.

The Benefits of Meditation on Exercise

Some forms of meditation can also lead to an improved self-image and more positive outlook on life. Two studies of mindfulness meditation found decreased depression in over 4,600 adults. Those who meditated showed measurable changes in activity in areas related to positive thinking and optimism.

Nearly half the population will struggle with insomnia at some point. Becoming skilled in meditation may help you control or redirect the racing or "runaway" thoughts that often lead to insomnia. Additionally, it can help relax your body, releasing tension and placing you in a peaceful state in which you're more likely to fall asleep.

Meditation can also improve physical health by reducing strain on the heart. Over time, high blood pressure makes the heart work harder to pump blood, which can lead to poor heart function. In part, meditation appears to control blood pressure by relaxing the nerve signals that coordinate heart function, tension in blood vessels and the "fight-or-flight" response that increases alertness in stressful situations.

The Mental and Emotional Benefits of Exercise

6. Help you control your weight.

Along with diet, exercise plays an important role in controlling your weight and preventing obesity. To maintain your weight, the calories you eat and drink must equal the energy you burn. To lose weight, you must use more calories than you eat and drink.

7. Reduce your risk of heart diseases.

Exercise strengthens your heart and improves your circulation. The increased blood flow raises the oxygen levels in your body. This helps lower your risk of heart diseases such as high cholesterol, coronary artery disease, and heart attack. Regular exercise can also lower your blood pressure and triglyceride levels.

8. Help your body manage blood sugar and insulin levels.

Exercise can lower your blood sugar level and help your insulin work better. This can cut down your risk for metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes. And if you already have one of those diseases, exercise can help you to manage it.

9. Strengthen your bones and muscles.

Regular exercise can help kids and teens build strong bones. Later in life, it can also slow the loss of bone density that comes with age. Doing muscle-strengthening activities can help you increase or maintain your muscle mass and strength.

10. Increase your chances of living longer.

Studies show that physical activity can reduce your risk of dying early from the leading causes of death, like heart disease and some cancers.

THANK YOU.
